This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using Pantova. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Overview

Pantova is a platform that enables professionals and businesses to sell digital products, services, and membership plans. We are committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy marketplace for professionals and buyers alike.

As a user of Pantova, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, these policies, and our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to take action against accounts that violate these guidelines.

2. Prohibited & Restricted Businesses (Stripe-Aligned)

Pantova uses Stripe for payment processing. The following categories are prohibited or restricted in accordance with Stripe's policies and applicable law:

2.1 High-Risk Jurisdictions & Sanctioned Persons

You may not use Pantova if you are located in, or conducting business with individuals or entities in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States (OFAC), European Union, or other applicable jurisdictions. This includes, but is not limited to, sanctioned countries and Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) lists.

2.2 Illegal Products, Services & Harmful Conduct

• Any products or services that are illegal to sell, distribute, or possess under applicable law
• Fraudulent schemes, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or "get rich quick" programs
• Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas of branded products
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or content promoting violence or discrimination
• Services that facilitate illegal immigration or human trafficking

2.3 Adult Content & Adult Services — NOT ALLOWED

2.4 Money Transmission & Financial Services — NOT SUPPORTED

• Peer-to-peer money transmission without providing a legitimate product or service
• Cryptocurrency exchanges or trading platforms
• Currency exchange services
• Stored value or prepaid card services
• Collection agency services
• Investment or brokerage services not properly licensed

2.5 Gambling & Prize-Based Games — NOT SUPPORTED

• Online gambling, casinos, or betting platforms
• Lotteries or games of chance
• Fantasy sports with cash prizes (unless properly licensed)
• Sweepstakes or contests with entry fees

2.6 Weapons, Explosives & Dangerous Materials — NOT SUPPORTED

• Firearms, ammunition, or firearm parts
• Explosives, fireworks, or incendiary devices
• Controlled substances or drug paraphernalia
• Toxic or hazardous materials
• Weapons accessories or tactical gear designed for harm

2.7 Intellectual Property Infringement & Piracy — NOT ALLOWED

• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Pirated software, music, movies, or other media
• Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials
• Tools or services designed to circumvent digital rights management (DRM)

2.8 Restricted Categories (May Require Approval)

The following categories may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional review and approval:

• Health & wellness supplements: Must comply with FDA regulations and not make unsubstantiated health claims
• CBD or hemp products: Legal THC-free products only, subject to regional restrictions
• Travel services: Must be a licensed travel agent or service provider
• Legal services: Must be a licensed attorney or legal service provider
• Financial advice or coaching: Must include appropriate disclaimers and not constitute regulated investment advice

3. Additional Prohibited Content

In addition to the above, the following types of content are strictly prohibited on Pantova:

• Fraudulent or deceptive content: False claims, misleading descriptions, or content designed to deceive buyers
• Harassment or hate speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics
• Malware or harmful software: Any files or code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted on Pantova:

• Money laundering or fraud: Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activities
• Circumventing platform fees: Directing buyers to pay outside of Pantova to avoid platform fees
• Fake reviews or manipulation: Creating fake accounts, reviews, or engagement to artificially boost visibility
• Account sharing or selling: Sharing account credentials or selling access to your Pantova account
• Automated abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse platform features

5. Payment Requirements

All payments processed through Pantova must comply with the following requirements:

• Real deliverables required: All payments must be for genuine products or services. Buyers must receive something of value in exchange for their payment.
• No donations or gifts: Pantova does not support payments without corresponding deliverables. Pure donations, tips, or gifts without a product or service are not permitted.
• Clear descriptions: Every offer must clearly describe what the buyer will receive. Vague or misleading descriptions are not allowed.
• Accurate pricing: Prices must accurately reflect the value being provided. Artificially inflated prices for minimal deliverables are prohibited.

6. Enforcement Actions

When we identify violations of this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Warning: A notification that the behavior violates our policies, with a request to correct it
• Content removal: Removal of specific content that violates our policies
• Account suspension: Temporary restriction of account access while we investigate
• Account termination: Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations
• Payout holds: Temporary hold on pending payouts while we investigate potential violations
• Reporting to authorities: In cases of illegal activity, we may report violations to law enforcement

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature of the violation, whether it was intentional, and any prior history of violations. Pantova reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for severe violations without prior warning.
