General Policy
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and reasonable in our approach while protecting both buyers and professionals on our platform. If you have any concerns about a purchase, please reach out to us promptly.
Digital Downloads
Digital products (such as e-books, templates, courses, or other downloadable content) are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns after the content has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:
- The product was significantly misrepresented in its description
- Technical issues prevent access to the purchased content
- The product was purchased in error (duplicate purchase)
Memberships
Membership fees are refundable under the following conditions:
- Refund requested within 7 days of initial purchase (if no membership benefits have been accessed)
- The professional fails to deliver promised content or services
- Service disruption prevents access to membership benefits
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will maintain access to your Flagship or Franchise features until the end of your current billing period.
Directory listing removal: Users may remove their directory listing at any time via the dashboard. Removal of a listing does not trigger a prorated refund for the remainder of the month.
No cancellation fees or long-term contracts apply.
1:1 Sessions & Services
For personalized services such as coaching sessions, consultations, or custom work:
- Full refund if the session was not delivered as scheduled
- Refund or rescheduling available if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Partial or no refund for late cancellations or no-shows (at professional's discretion)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use our refund request form and provide the following information:
- Your email address associated with the purchase
- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or screenshots
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can address your concern faster than the chargeback process, which can take weeks to resolve.
If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may appeal by providing additional context or documentation. We will review all appeals thoroughly and work with you to find a resolution.
